 What is Cyber Anthropology?
- The study of the shared ways of organizing cyber reality.
- Seeks to understand the new social constructs derived from the ways in which people organize themsleves in cyberspace , most particularly virtual online communities that are now based on like-mindedness, and no longer bound by ethnicity, religious and linguistic ties, or geographical concerns.
- Thus cyber anthropology is concerned with the whole of human interaction in cyberspace and what this can tell us about being human.
